To create and administer a small grants fund for community-based non-profit organizations that addresses the health and economic needs of the most vulnerable Baltimoreans.
This grant was given as part of the Special Fund for Poverty Alleviation to provide services for Baltimore's most vulnerable residents who have been particularly hurt by the recession.
