To secure access to public benefits and enforce legal protections relating to employment, health, housing and income support for low-income Baltimore residents.

This grant was given as part of the Special Fund for Poverty Alleviation to provide services for Baltimore’s most vulnerable residents who have been particularly hurt by the recession.
