Preparations of "A Higher Calling" Documentary
The purpose of the grant is to support the Documentary Group in the preparation of "A Higher Calling" documentary. While the main work related to this documentary will be carried out starting from March 2010, it is essential to conduct on-camera interviews with subjects from a study that was completed in September 2008. This study tested MDMA (ecstasy) on 21 subjects as a treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This was the first legal test of a psychedelic in therapy in nearly 40 years. These interviews have key importance in making the documentary as compelling as possible.
