A Meeting of the Reference Group at the Commission on Narcotic Drugs in March 2010
The purpose of the grant is to enable the Reference Group to the United Nations on HIV and Injecting Drug Use (hereafter: "Reference Group") to meet in person to develop consensus recommendations across the following strategic areas:
1. Inform policy of UN agencies
2. Be profiled at a side event presented on behalf of the Reference Group the 53rd session of the Commission of Narcotic Drugs (CND); and
3. Guide the future activities and focus of the Reference Group, the funding for which will be provided through United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) or other funding sources.
