War Against HIV not Drug Users - 2nd Phase
The purpose of the grant is to support the second phase of the War against HIV not Drug Users project. In the project's second phase a forum will take place for policy makers, legal experts as well as drug policy/AIDS experts to develop specific policy recommendations. Five regional consultations, plus one in Islamabad will be convened at which input will be collected. Five media consultations will take place to discuss the comprehensive report. As the final stage of the project, a seminar will be convened to share recommendations with parlamentarians.
