Meeting on the Question of Opium Poppy and Conflict
The purpose of the grant is to support the Meeting on the Question of Opium Poppy and Conflict project, in which the University of Massachusetts convenes a two day meeting on the topic of Poppy and Conflict that will bring together an unconventional group of invited guests to a structured debate. The focus of the discussion will be the link between poppy and conflict and what to do to promote progress in political and economic development in drug and conflict affected areas.
