To support the second, scale-up phase of the project to promote and protect the rights of war-affected women in Northern Uganda's Pader, Kitgum and Gulu districts. The aim is to contribute to an improved human rights situation and access to justice in Northern Uganda through training and establishment of a strong network of human rights volunteers.
