Right to Information and Disability Rights
Asociación por los Derechos Civiles (ADC) will investigate and identify current gaps in public information on education, particularly with regard to special education at the national and provincial level in Buenos Aires. ADC plans to monitor the implementation of Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), which focuses on the right to inclusive education, by analyzing how the Argentine government’s legislation complies with their treaty obligations under the CRPD.
