The Association for Civil Rights will deepen its research on the use and impact of pretrial detention in the province of Buenos Aires, and pursue civil damages for people wrongfully detained or who suffered rights violations in detention. They will also launch an advocacy campaign that highlights problems in the criminal justice system and proposes reforms.
