Transparency in Neighborhood and Municipal Management
Ciudad Viva educates residents about regulations, laws, and policies and encourages them to engage in the governance of their neighborhood. Ciudad Viva provides legal analysis of municipal laws that impact communities and identifies specific issues emerging from reconstruction and aid flows. In light of the 2010 earthquake, Ciudad Viva also includes suitable community organizations and actors to provide transparency regarding resource expenditures.
