Strengthening the Citizens Capacity to Request Information and Data Protection in Chile
In partnership with Participa, Pro Bono, University Diego Portales School of Journalism, Ciudad Viva, and Vota Inteligente, Pro Acceso directs a coalition focused on right to information implementation in Chile. Pro Acceso hosts a clearinghouse for training, debate, and information exchange, to identify possible complaints to the Transparency Council and provide background for initiating strategic litigation cases. Pro Acceso also produces a bi-monthly bulletin publicizing the achievements of the coalition and a legal report focusing on the main barriers in accessing information by the public.
