Human Rights League (LDH) monitors prisons and detention centers in four provinces in Mozambique. LDH provides legal aid in cases of gross human rights violations and engages in advocacy on detainee rights. LDH also develops reports on institutions visited and on a variety of issues related to treatment, infrastructure, and training.
