Roma Empowerment by Freedom of Information and Exercise of Participatory Rights
The Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU) promotes social equality through the right to access information in Hungary. They train local Roma minority activists to obtain information about development projects in their communities and to participate in the allocation of resources. HCLU also seeks to identify models that can be replicated in other countries in the region.
