Empowering the Landless and the Marginalized through ‘Access to Information’
Nijera Kori works to strengthen accountability and transparency in democratic decision-making processes at both the local and national level through the use of right to information. The group encourages citizens, particularly marginalized and excluded communities in Bangladesh, to demand the fundamental right of access to information and to promote accountability and transparency of public officials and local elected bodies.
