The Center for Community Change (CCC) is one of the longest-standing champions for low-income communities and communities of color. It serves hundreds of grassroots organizations, helping them improve economic opportunities, develop housing, and cope with policy changes. CCC strengthens, connects and mobilizes grassroots groups to enhance the leadership, voice, and power of low-income people. This general support grant supports CCC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations to engage state and national policymakers on issues related to immigrant rights.
