The Education Law Center is a Pennsylvania-based education and juvenile justice organizations and advocates who seek to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline by reducing the inappropriate and harmful use of suspensions, expulsions and arrests in public schools, and to bring these issues to the forefront of the reauthorization debate.
This grant supports the ELC and the Juvenile Law Center to create and support a Pennsylvania-based network of organizations and advocates seeking positive approaches to school climate.
This grant is co-funded with U.S. Programs' Strategic Opportunities Fund for a total grant of $400,000 over two years.
