A grant of $300,000 to provide general support and $80,000 to provide project support to build capacity to represent individuals eligible for relief under the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision Graham v. Florida and to enhance the public education campaign in support of limiting the size of the new Orleans Parish Prison.
