  • American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Maryland, Inc. 2012

    A grant to promote housing choice and dismantle residential segregation in Maryland by reforming the state’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit system and maximizing the resources created by the recent Thompson v. HUD litigation.

  • National Council of La Raza 2012

    A grant to provide project support to the Alliance for Stabilizing Our Communities to address fair lending issues in the $25 billion multi-state attorneys general foreclosure settlement and ensure that settlement resources reach the hardest hit communities.

    A grant to support the National Housing Resource Center’s efforts to maximize the impact of the recent $25 billion multi-state Attorneys General settlement with the nation’s largest mortgage servicers.
