Case Digests: Human Rights Decisions of the Community Court of Justice of West African States (ECOWAS), July 2013

The Open Society Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of the decisions from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Community Court of Justice which relate to its jurisdiction over human rights. This digest covers decisions from July 2011 to February 2013.
