Case Digests: UN Human Rights Committee 103rd Session, October 2011

The Human Rights Committee held its 103rd session from October 17 to November 4, 2011. Most of the decisions and views that it took on individual communications have now been released. The Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of these decisions, in order to make decisions of the global human rights tribunals accessible to the widest possible audience.
