Making the Most of European Union Funds for Roma aims to develop recommendations for the use of pre-accession funds for Roma inclusion. As part of this, Making the Most plans to analyse the lessons of pre-accession countries as well as new member states. The objective of this study is to critically analyse lessons of new member states: how they used and how they could have been used pre-accession funds for Roma inclusion.
