Andrea Gurubi Watterson has been with the Open Society Institute since 1998. She worked in the finance department before joining the former EU Monitoring and Advocacy Program. She is in charge of budget, financial, and contract matters of the At Home in Europe Project and the Digitization Project of the OSI Media Program.
