Belen Del Amo is the director of talent management and organizational effectiveness at the Open Society Foundations, with a focus on developing and implementing training strategy, competency frameworks, and performance appraisal processes, as well as helping managers think through effective organizational structures.
Previously, Del Amo worked at Egon Zehnder, a leadership advisory firm. Prior to that, she was senior director of the Finance, Strategy, and Procurement Research Programs in EMEA at CEB, a best practices advisory firm. She has also worked in the Human Performance Group at Accenture and in JP Morgan’s asset management division in London.
Del Amo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and obtained her MSc from the London School of Economics (both in international relations). She received her MBA from INSEAD in 2010.
She speaks Italian, French, Spanish, and English.
