Until January 2013, Clair Duffy served the Open Society Justice Initiative as the Khmer Rouge Tribunal monitor. Previously, Duffy worked as prosecution appeals counsel with the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, and as a federal prosecutor in Australia. Duffy holds a common law legal qualification (LLB), as well as an LLM in public and international law.
