George Hsieh is the program officer in the Office of the President, where he manages the grants portfolio for the president’s and chairman’s funds and grants to key institutional partners such as Human Rights Watch, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the International Crisis Group. He also undertakes other responsibilities in support of the OSF Global Board.
Prior to this role, he was the senior program coordinator in the Open Society Foundations Africa Regional Office, where he served as a resource to the Africa foundations and managed a pan-African grantmaking portfolio.
