Justine Towongo is a program assistant with OSIEA’s South Sudan Program, based in Juba, South Sudan. He has over four years experience in grants management, administration and finance. Towongo previously worked with Pact Sudan in their grants office. He graduated with a BA degree in economics from Makerere University.
