Marina Ilminska is project coordinator for National Criminal Justice Reform with the Open Society Justice Initiative. Based in the Budapest office, Ilminska received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and French from Montreat College in North Carolina and has recently completed a Master of Arts program in Public Policy (Fiscal Decentralization and International Public Policy streams) at Central European University.
Ilminska was an intern with Open Society Institute’s Local Government Initiative program in Budapest and previously worked in Kiev, Ukraine, as an executive assistant at Amway-Ukraine and as a recruiter for American Councils for International Education.
