Paul Silva

Until October 2012, Paul Silva was a senior communications officer for the Open Society Foundations. 

Prior to joining the Open Society Foundations in 2007, Silva was a media relations associate at the American Civil Liberties Union where he helped develop media strategies for high-profile legal cases, including several U.S. Supreme Court challenges. He has also worked as a communications associate for Catholics for Choice and a special projects manager for the Center to Prevent Youth Violence (formerly PAX/Real Solutions to Gun Violence).
