Rebekah Walter is a program coordinator with the Open Society Justice Initiative based in the New York office. Prior to joining Open Society, she worked at the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding. Between 2003 and 2005, she spent eight months working with nonprofit organizations in El Salvador and Guatemala managing grants and conducting research.
Walter earned her Bachelor's degree at Loyola Marymount University, holds a Masters in Religion and Ethics from Columbia University and is studying Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy at New York University.
