Sebastian Kohn is program officer for law and health with the Public Health Program. His work focuses on access to health for marginalized populations in Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and Eastern Africa. Kohn joined the Open Society Foundations in 2007, focusing on nondiscrimination and statelessness. In his prior work, he addressed minority issues in Sweden and Egypt.
Based in the New York office, Kohn holds a master's degree in conflict, security, and development from King’s College London. He also has a bachelor’s degree in international relations and history from the London School of Economics.
