Stephanie joined the Open Society Foundations Campaign for Black Male Achievement in July of 2011 as a program associate. Prior to joining the Foundations, Stephanie worked for The Bridgespan Group, a firm dedicated to helping nonprofits develop strategies and building organizations that inspire and accelerate social change. Prior to that, she worked at the JEHT Foundation as a program assistant for their Criminal Justice Program, focusing on transforming criminal justice policies and practices nationwide.

Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Latino studies from East Carolina University in 2006 and is currently pursuing her master’s in Political Science with a concentration on Urban Policy at CUNY-Brooklyn College.
