Case Digests: Human Rights Decisions of the East African Court of Justice, June 2013

The Open Society Justice Initiative has prepared short summaries of the decisions from the East African Court of Justice. The decisions included here relate to cases before the court involving human rights abuses. This digest covers decisions from November 2007 to May 2013.

 

They are part of our Case Digests series, which we produce in a bid to make decisions of the global human rights tribunals accessible to the widest possible audience. We also continue to add to our Case Watch reports, in which our lawyers explore the legal implications of individual tribunal rulings.
