Eleanor Kelly joined the Open Society Foundations in February 2012. Based in London, Kelly is regional head of communications for the Open Society Foundations in Europe and Eurasia. She works with programs, grantees, and Open Society offices to help shape and amplify their work with different audiences.
Prior to joining the Open Society Foundations, Kelly spent four years with UK communications agency Chime Communications. There, she worked on a range of corporate, social, and political communications campaigns. She started her career as a researcher in the House of Commons, Westminster.
Kelly has a BA from Trinity College Dublin in history and French, and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge in international relations. She speaks French.
