Jasmine Mickens

Jasmine Mickens is a senior policy associate working on civil, criminal, and racial justice reform at the Open Society Foundations.

Prior to joining Open Society, she worked as a researcher at the University of Cape Town and Yale University, focusing on ethnographic, health, and community development issues in underrepresented communities, and was a 2011–12 fellow at the Congressional Hunger Center.

A graduate of Denison University, she was a New Jersey SEEDS scholar and a recipient of a Rosa Parks Award.
