Baltimore REACH is hosting an informative presentation of the findings from a recent survey of clients accessing care at several of Baltimore's safety net social and health service agencies. Preliminary data will be presented on respondents' unique health and social needs, difficulties they have had accessing care, and consequences when that care was not available.
