Baltimore's homeless youth and young adults have limited access to services that can help them become self-sufficient, productive adults. This forum examined the characteristics of Baltimore's homeless population, services available to homeless youth and young adults, and effective practices locally and nationally. It also sought to address the challenges and barriers to establishing effective services within Baltimore's juvenile and adult service systems.
