The OSI Network Women's Program (NWP) and The Network of East-West Women (NEWW) invited participants from and advocates for Central Eastern Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States, and Mongolia to a reception and panel discussion on advocacy efforts for Beijing +10 by countries in post-socialist transition.

The panel was facilitated by NEWW Executive Director Emeritus and NWP Consultant Erin Barclay and NWP Program Officer Phoebe Schreiner.
