The Open Society Institute-Baltimore and Maryland Legal Services Corporation organized a forum highlighting CASA of Maryland presented by Thomas Perez, President of the Board of CASA, Director of the Clinical Law Office, University of Maryland School of Law; Gustavo Torres, Director of CASA and 2001 Awardee of the Leadership for a Changing World Program; and Edgar S. Cahn, Cofounder of the National Legal Services Program and of the Antioch School of Law.
