The Africa Program of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, in collaboration with the Open Society Institute, welcomes two leading campaigners for democratic reform in Nigeria. 

Uche Onyeagucha, an environmental human rights lawyer based in the Niger Delta, and Salihu Lukman, a development economist and activist, discuss their efforts to strengthen political institutions in Nigeria and discuss the prospects for reform ahead of crucial presidential elections in 2011.
