The Open Society Institute-Baltimore's Criminal Justice Program presented Crime and Fear of Crime in Baltimore Neighborhoods by Dr. Ralph B. Taylor, Professor of Criminal Justice at Temple University. Dr. Taylor discussed his research in examining the connections between crime, deterioration, structural changes, and residents' reactions to crime, over several years, in some thirty Baltimore neighborhoods.
