The Open Society Institute hosts a panel discussion on recent immigration enforcement programs and their consequences.

Panelists will share their experience from the Texas border and their perspectives on the national policy debate. They will examine how various border and enforcement initiatives operate on the ground and their impact on families, communities, and the justice system. Topics include Operation Streamline, Secure Communities, and state and local enforcement of federal immigration law.
