Join the Justice Policy Institute and Open Society Institute–Baltimore for a discussion of the new book Incarceration Generation with Neill Franklin of Law Enforcement Against Prohibition and Greg Carpenter of Jericho Reentry.

Incarceration Generation brings together commentary from 20 researchers, advocates, and people who have personally experienced the system to illuminate how mass incarceration has impacted our nation. Through their essays, this book highlights the specific populations impacted by mass incarceration, as well as the various aspects of our practice and procedures that propel these populations into the justice system.
