The International Step By Step Association is a nongovernmental membership organization that fosters democratic principles and promotes parent and community involvement in early childhood education.
This conference brought together early childhood professionals, teachers, trainers, and representatives of international organizations to provide a forum for professional development, exchanging ideas, and establishing new partnerships.
The conference examined quality levels across the spectrum of early childhood programs in more than 30 countries. Presentations, workshops, and round-table discussions considered themes such as defining, achieving, maintaining, and ensuring quality in education.
