On May 21, 2003, Alfonso Wyatt, Vice President of the Fund for the City of New York, Terry Hickey, Director of Community Law In Action, and Sheena Hamm, a graduate of Northwestern High School, spoke at an OSI-Baltimore forum moderated by Marc Steiner. Surrounded by Moving Walls photography, an annual exhibition assembled by OSI, the speakers touched upon topics close to the theme of the displayed work - that of artist Darcy Padilla, who examines the impact of drug addiction and HIV/AIDS on families, and Regina Monford, who probes teenage culture and identity.
