The Education Support Program, OSI–Budapest, and Columbia University (Teachers College) offered a joint post-graduate (non-degree) course on international education policy studies in English. The course was structured around producing sub sector analysis reports. This distance course ran 14 weeks from September 8, 2003, to December 15, 2003.
