The Eurasian Harm Reduction Network (EHRN), a grantee of the Global Drug Policy Program, is a regional network representing over 300 individuals, civil society representatives, health care providers, and researchers supporting the principles of harm reduction.
With the goal of promoting drug policy reform based on public health principles, respect for human rights and scientific evidence, EHRN has released a drug policy position paper. It lays out a set of key principles and priorities meant to guide and inform EHRN and its members in their work on global drug policy.
The paper is available in English and Russian.
