European Neighborhood Policy and Armenia's Reform Agenda

The Partnership for Open Society, a coalition of civil society representatives, is an operational program of the Open Society Institute Assistance Foundation-Armenia aiming at developing democratic institutions in Armenia and promoting open society values. The Partnership has acknowledged the European Neighborhood Policy as an exceptional opportunity for implementation of democratic, political, economic, and social reforms in Armenia.

This report presents the analyses of experts on the following sections: rule of law and human rights, judiciary, mass media, corruption, environment, and economics. Along with the sectoral review and development of recommendations, the coalition also reflects generally on the ongoing process of implementing the European Neighborhood Policy in Armenia.
