Injecting Drug Users, HIV/AIDS Treatment and Primary Care

A 27-country survey by the Central and Eastern European Harm Reduction Network, the largest ever conducted in the region, has found that fewer than one percent of an estimated one million people infected with HIV/AIDS receive the three-drug treatment recommended by the World Health Organization.
