Since March 2002, the European Commission has reported regularly to the Council and the Parliament on progress made by the countries of the western Balkans region. In this context, the Open Society Institute and the Soros foundations network have provided input, producing this report for the period June 2007-June 2008.
The report was prepared by the Fund for an Open Society–Serbia, and the Open Society Institute-Brussels facilitated the input of Soros foundations in this process.
