Medical students from the Open Society Foundation's Program on Medicine as a Profession (MAP) summer internship carried out this assessment of Baltimore's safety net organizations, clients who access care at those sites, and the providers who work there. The data presented in the report represent a snapshot of the needs of Baltimore City's most vulnerable populations and how those needs are being met.
